The doll doctor is only able to repair the 18″ American Girl brand dolls. Other dolls would certainly bring a smile to a new recipient, but based on the construction and materials used, repair and restoration is limited to this type of doll. 

Clothing for 18″ dolls is not brand limited as most outfits for this size doll are interchangeable between all brands. Each Joy Doll is delivered with multiple outfits and we go through a lot of clothes! We greatly appreciate donations of gently used or new 18″ doll clothing and shoes to help outfit our gifts.

If you don’t already use a discounted shipping service, we recommend Pirate Ship. They offer USPS and UPS shipping labels at significant discounts — often up to 50% less than retail prices at the Post Office or UPS Store.
